1. Service Description

Team 8K IPTV UK provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service that delivers live channels, on-demand movies and series over the internet. The service includes:

• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)

• Anti-Freeze technology
• 24/7 WhatsApp customer support

2. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are available in the following durations: 3 months (£20), 6 months (£37), 12 months (£55) and 24 months (£95). All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

• Payment must be received in full before service activation
• We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Crypto, Revolut, Wise, MoneyGram and Western Union
• Subscriptions are non-transferable
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period at our discretion. The trial provides full access to the service for a limited time. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to limit or refuse trial requests.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Contact us via WhatsApp within 30 days of your subscription start date
• Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours depending on the payment method
• Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period has elapsed
• Only one refund per customer per 12-month period

5. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share, resell or redistribute your subscription credentials
• Not use the service to circumvent any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Device Limits

Each subscription allows use on one device at a time unless otherwise agreed. Using your credentials on multiple simultaneous streams may result in service disruption or account suspension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription without prior notice if we reasonably believe the terms of service are being violated. In such cases, a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team 8K IPTV UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication via WhatsApp before any formal proceedings.
